How Our Relationship Works

Initial Inquiry

As soon as you reach out, we’ll connect you with your local Play Consultant to set up a time for your Discovery Chat.

Discovery Chat

During your discovery call, your dedicated Play Consultant will ask you a few questions about your project, such as your playground’s intended location, timeline, budget, and design considerations.

Site Assessment

Once we have a clear understanding of your vision, we’ll visit your property — either on-site or virtually via Google Earth — to understand the geography, surroundings, and the general spacial layout before we create the initial design.

Design Renderings

Watch your design come to life! Our designers will then create both 2D and 3D renderings to help you visualize your playground from multiple angles and ensure the end result to meet your expectations.

Final Adjustments

If we need to make any final tweaks to your design, we’ll perfect every detail and await your final approval. Once you sign to approve the design, it’s go-time!

Construction

We’ll then manufacture your playground equipment and set a date to break ground. Your Play Consultant will handle all communication with the equipment installer and the construction process, from start to finish.

Project Completion!

After you walk through your play space and give it the final thumbs up, get ready for the ribbon-cutting ceremony! We’ll walk you through the steps of organizing local PR and a community celebration to break in your new playground.

Continuous Maintenance & Support

We’re here for you long after the grand opening! Your Play Consultant is only a phone call away for maintenance or replacement needs. As an additional resource, our website contains all the expert advice you need to maintain a beautiful, safe play space for every child in your community.
