Awarded The Cooperative Purchasing Network Contract

Play & Park Structures is proud to announce our partnership with The Cooperative Purchasing Network® for Playground, Recreation Related Equipment, Accessories, and Supplies. We are looking forward to building relationships and helping communities come together through the TCPN contract. The contract provides school officials and government agencies a hassle free opportunity to purchase play equipment, since the bid process has already been completed.
Play & Park Structures responded to a national request for proposal (RFP) put out by TCPN for a commodity or service. The RFP is advertised for four weeks nationally before the RFP is closed. Sealed responses are recorded and opened publicly. The responses are tabulated and vendors selected through an evaluation process. Finally, the contract is awarded to a vendor, and the contract is ratified by a board of directors.
